This bench is handcrafted from a very desirable piece of black walnut. This bench has all the characteristics that make it a true one-of-a-kind piece. There are many attributes found in this bench's particular slab that make it not only visually stunning but highly unique. This piece contains light brown to dark chocolate with some blonde tones. 

One of the unique features of piece is what is referred to as "spalting".  Hardwoods with spalting are hard to find and highly sought after. These areas show black wavy lines and a black marble like look. This piece also contains areas of "curl". Curl adds another layer of visual beauty and is also a highly sought after feature. 

This bench is finished with a high-quality Oil Plus 2C Pure and topped with a high-quality Sheen Plus which gives it a higher sheen, added scratch resistance and a more durable finish. This bench also contains adjustable feet for leveling that can be fully retracted into the legs if not needed.
